We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use our Services, and from third-party sources.
- Account DataName, email address, password, and company information provided during registration.
- Customer DataDocuments, files, and communications you upload for processing. You remain the controller of this data; we process it only on your behalf.
- Usage DataInformation about your interactions with the Services, including log data, IP addresses, and device information.
02 Use of Information
We use your information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our Services.
- Process transactions and send related information, including confirmations and invoices.
- Send technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages.

Specifically, upon termination of your account, we will delete your Customer Data from our active systems within 90 days.
