Arqive was founded by a team of legal tech veterans and security experts who saw a broken industry: slow, expensive, and overly complex software that favored the few. We witnessed legal teams struggling with clunky interfaces and opaque pricing models, often forced to choose between security and usability. We set out to change that with a platform that is secure by design and simple by default. Our mission is to democratize eDiscovery, giving every legal professional the power to find the facts that matter, faster than ever before.
This agreement is made between ACME Corp ("Company") and John Doe ("Employee").
The purpose of this document is to outline the terms of the strategic partnership regarding Project Titan. The parties agree to the following terms:
The Employee shall not disclose any trade secrets to third parties without prior written consent.
Compensation shall be set at $150,000 per annum, subject to performance reviews.
Both parties agree to leverage AI-driven analytics for future assessments.
